By accessing or using ABC-IO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. ABC-IO is a sole proprietorship owned by Christopher Porreca, Rochester, NY 14623, founded 2015.
ABC-IO provides AI-powered communication, interfacing, and creative services including: AI chat, beacon alerts, always new music, digital self binding, and related services. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for 100% uptime but make no absolute guarantee.
Permitted: Personal and business AI conversations, beacon alerts, content generation, data analysis, workflow automation, API usage within tier limits.
Prohibited: Illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, CSAM, malware distribution, unauthorized access attempts, DDoS, scraping beyond API limits, reselling access without authorization, bypassing security controls.
Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.
ABC-IO is committed to being family-safe. All content generated and shared must be appropriate for all ages. We do not allow sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, or other harmful material. AI responses are filtered for safety. Beacon alerts are moderated. Users can report violations via support@abc-io.com.
You retain ownership of content you create using ABC-IO. You grant ABC-IO a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing services. AI-generated content is provided for your use. You may not claim ABC-IO-generated content as created by a human without disclosure. ABC-IO trademarks, logos, and brand assets are owned by Christopher Porreca.
All prices are in USD. NY State sales tax of 8.75% (Monroe County) is added to all paid subscriptions. Billing is monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime via Account > Billing. Refunds: Personal/Business tiers within 30 days. Organization tier within 90 days. Prorated per NY General Business Law.
ABC-IO liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not liable for AI-generated content accuracy. You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before acting on them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Monroe County, NY. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before litigation.
You may terminate your account at any time. ABC-IO may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or security concerns. Upon termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email and on-site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
