ABC-IO provides web hosting, VoIP phone services, AI solutions, and technical support services as described on our websites.
• Payment due upon receipt of invoice
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest
• Services may be suspended for non-payment after 30 days
• 99.9% uptime for hosting (excludes maintenance)
• Response within 24 hours for standard support
• Emergency response within 1 hour for managed clients
You agree NOT to use our services for:
• Illegal activities
• Spam or malicious content
• Attempting to breach security
• Harm to others or their systems
All content, logos, and materials are owned by redot1. You may not reproduce without permission.
Services provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms.
