Refund Policy

1. Free services

Free tiers (Personal Data Matrix, Accessibility relays, Public Beacon, etc.) carry no charge and no refund obligation.

2. Paid subscriptions

Monthly paid tiers can be cancelled any time; the current period remains active until period end. Annual plans may be refunded pro-rata at our discretion.

3. One-time services

Website builds, audits, and consultations are billed on agreement; deposits are refundable only if work has not begun.

4. How to request

Email support@abc-io.com with your account email and we will process within 14 days.
